We Guarantee that all Atmos Clocks supplied by us are 100% working to the original manufacturer specifications. All clocks undergo a comprehensive refurbishment which includes:

• The Case and Glass removed, inspected and sympathetically cleaned and refurbished using specialist cleaning and polishing products. Any broken / damaged parts are replaced with original parts.

• Hour and minute hands removed & checked for poise.

• Bellows removed and checked they operate to specification. If they fail they are refilled with Ethyl Chloride to manufacture specifications (this is done in house and not sub contracted). If the Bellows fail a refill then a working replacement original Bellows is fitted. All Bellows work is noted on the clock service record.

• Mechanism is removed, taken apart and cleaned using specialist waterless watch cleaning equipment and solutions.

• The Mainspring is removed, cleaned and re-oiled using Moebius 9020 specialist oil.

• The Balance Tube and Suspension Wire is checked for poise and corrected as needed. A new Suspension wire is fitted if required.

• The Balance Tube, Mainspring and Mechanism are rebuilt and the Pallet Fork checked for poise and operation to tight manufacturer specifications.

• The Bellows, Dial, Hour and Minute hands are refitted and further operational checks are carried out to ensure that the clock is in beat and the pendulum has an amplitude within specification.

• The clock is then regulated using specialist electronic timing equipment to ensure accurate mechanical timekeeping.

• Once the clock is fully operational to all manufacturer specifications it is presented for sale.
